2000W RV Solar System
All RV’s – Motorhomes, Tour Buses, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers & more!
This is our base premium system, designed with families’ power usage in mind, and it’s also a superb system for anyone looking to run a RV roof air conditioner for longer periods of time. The system’s fully charged battery bank can power one roof A/C for 10 hours without any incoming solar energy. If the sun is shining, it can power the A/C even longer! This system is customizable to fit your specific needs, or we’ll work with you to create a completely custom system.
The 2000 watt RV Solar System provides plenty of energy to run normal 12V DC electronics (lights, vent fans, USB outlets, etc.) and small 120V AC electronics (phones, laptops, TVs, etc.) for a very long time, as well as extended use of larger appliances (air conditioners, microwaves, hair dryers, etc.). The larger your system’s battery bank, the more power you’ll have to use. The more solar you have, the faster you can recharge your battery bank. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions!

Micro-Air EasyStart | $450 per A/C
If you want to run your air conditioning off of solar via your inverter, you will need an EasyStart in order to lessen the initial energy draw of the A/C. Without one, you will likely damage your inverter over time.
Smaller Touch Screen | -$100
Victron makes a touch screen smaller than the Touch 70, called the Touch 50. All functionality is the same in both models.

FAQ’s
Will the 2000W RV Solar System Package work in my RV?
We can typically fit the 2000 watt system on most larger RV’s. If you have a smaller RV (38 feet or less) and/or have limited roof space be sure to let us know so we can conduct a consultation.
Will it power the roof air conditioner?
The 2000 watt system can power a single A/C for approximately 5-6 hours (with no solar incoming). A good rule of thumb is ~45 minutes per 100Ah in the battery bank. So if you’re looking to power an A/C longer, you can always add more batteries!
Do I need a chassis charger?
We don’t typically recommend a chassis charger for larger coaches. A chassis charger uses power from the motor-home’s or truck’s alternator (engine) to charge the house batteries. Typically only smaller RV’s (Class B’s, small Class C’s, truck campers and vans) really benefit from a chassis charger. These smaller RV’s tend to be driven more frequently (especially those without a towed vehicle) and may lack roof space for solar panels.
*Price is for a typical installation: It’s rare, however some RV’s require additional customization, wire, and/or labor. If additional parts and/or labor are needed we will notify the customer as soon as we know.
